Aracely is the heart and soul of Kali Kitchen. While her skills weren’t honed in a traditional culinary school, they were shaped in the vibrant markets of Belize and the kitchens of some of the country’s most well-known restaurants. Araceli’s approach is hands-on, rooted in real-world experience and a deep connection to Belizean flavors. Her expertise shines in every dish, from authentic local breakfasts to Mediterranean-inspired bites served at The Sand Piper Bar. With her passion for fresh, bold ingredients and a knack for blending tradition with creativity, Araceli turns every meal into a celebration of taste and culture.
